Old Links Golf Club, St Anne's - Refurb

Construction of new Greenkeepers maintenance building extension and new Starter Hut. The work involved is to extend existing green keepers maintenance shed to form extended workshop with hydraulic vehicle lift and perimeter work benches.

Here is the detailed list of the that needed doing:

  • Breaking out existing hardstanding to Green Keepers building
  • Divert and alter existing drainage runs
  • Excavate and concrete strip foundations
  • Construct new blockwork superstructure
  • Traditional timber roofs with feature dormers and slate finished
  • External pebble dashed render walls
  • New roller shutters
  • New upvc windows

    • We were also instructed to build a new golf club starter hut and this entailed:

  • Strip concrete foundations
  • Block work super structure with art stone cills and lintels
  • Traditional feature hexagonal roof with slate finish
  • Internal plastered walls and decorations
